I went to Phoenix College’s first Drag and Variety Show tonight.  It was hosted by the school’s GLBTQ club, Rainbow Spectrum.  I wanted to show some support for the local entertainment and check it out, so I went.  The entertainers were really cool, and everyone enjoyed the show.  As did I.  The last performance of the night, the president of Rainbow Spectrum did her performance and there was a slide showing the faces of people lost to suicides and hate crimes.  It was very touching.
